Group Training Sessions are 1 hour each and include the following: (5min dynamic warm-up, 25-345min strength training, 25-30min endurance training & metabolic conditioning (METCON), and 5min cool-down and mobility/stretching) depending on the training phase we are in for the day/week.

No worries! So long as your doctor has approved you for exercise, our coaches are well educated, internally certified through our in house internship certification program, as well as nationally certified. We are well equipped to help work around, rehabilitate, and modify workouts to meet the needs of your body, injuries, or medical conditions. Some of our coaches are also certified Exerise Therapy Specialists.

Absolutely! You can bring anyone you want with you to try a free class so long as they are 18 years of age or older. If they are under the age of 18, please have their parent or legal guardian reach out to us.

Look, we TOTALLY understand your concerns. Starting off on a new fitness journey is often intimidating or worrisome, but don’t worry, we are professionals who have been doing this kind of thing for years; some of us decades. We will help you all along the way to make sure you feel welcome, respected, and have all the support, understanding and accountability you need.

Again, we understand where you’re coming from. When you want to accomplish something big there is always the fear of committing to it. Remember that anything that comes easy or requires little to not commitment doesn’t last. Making the commitment to nurture and take care of yourself is of utmost importance. Making a the commitment to yourself to start (and consistently maintain) your new fitness lifestyle is what will make the difference for you. And you have us to help you all along the way. Commitment can be scary, but everything you are looking to transform about yourself is on the other side of that commitment. Take a leap of faith with us!

You are not alone. Most of who we work with are not “athletes.” About ⅓ of our clients are every day people just like you. Some who have never worked out a day in their life prior to working with us. Another ⅓ of our clients are what we call “fitness enthusiasts.” These are people who workout with us regularly but not every day, have a mid level understanding of fitness training and nutrition, but who are still learning and needing support though they feel comfortable in the gym. And finally, the last ⅓ of our clients are getting up to that athlete level. They feel very confident in the gym and are often seen in class helping support our other members.

Our program is progressively designed to meet you where you’re at and to help you progress even further no matter where you’re starting. We have 3 stages to our client training journey. If you’re already an athlete then you are in stage 3 and we have the knowledge, experience, training programming, nutrition tools, and coaching available to optimize your physical performance and physique.

Yes. We typically require our members to be 18 years or older for safety reasons. However, if you or the person seeking a membership with us is under the age of 18 have their parent or legal guardian reach out to us to discuss further.

Yes. All people are welcome at Iron Allies Fitness. We have a firm no tolerance policy for any forms of discrimination or harrassment. All people of all demographics are welcome at Iron Allies Fitness so long as their conduct is in accordance with our rules, mission, and core values. We value our strong culture of community and acceptance. You will feel welcome here.
